Which payment methods can I use?

You choose how to pay on the Payment step of checkout. The methods offered for your order are the ones shown at checkout.

01Payment methods

Mate Wallet

your KryptoMate balance. You need to be signed in. It can cover the whole order, or part of it with another method for the rest. It cannot be used to buy a Mate Balance Card.

On-Chain

send crypto from any wallet or exchange to the address shown. One option takes BTC, Lightning, USDT and ETH. The other, On-Chain · 200+ coins, lets you pick any listed coin and network.

Exchange pay

pay from your exchange account with Binance Pay, Bybit Pay, Gate Pay, KuCoin Pay, Crypto.com, Bitget or OKX Pay.

Web3 wallets

pay with USDT or USDC from MetaMask, Trust Wallet, OKX Wallet, Bitget Wallet, imToken, TokenPocket, Rainbow, Phantom or Coinbase Wallet. You can also pay in TON with TON Connect or Tonkeeper.

Ledger

sign the payment on your Ledger device over USB.

Credit or debit card

offered for some products only. It is not available for gift cards, games or top-ups.

PayPal and bank transfer are not offered.

02Which one should I choose?

Your crypto is on a listed exchange

use that exchange's pay option. You confirm in the exchange app.

Your crypto is in your own wallet

use On-Chain or a Web3 wallet.

You buy often

add funds to your Mate Wallet once and pay from your balance.

03Good to know

• You have 30 minutes to pay, or 15 minutes with TON Connect and Tonkeeper. The countdown on the payment screen shows the time left.
• Any payment fee is shown in your order summary before you pay.
• A coupon can be limited to certain payment methods. While it is applied, the other methods are switched off.
• Inside an exchange mini-app, only that exchange's own pay option is offered.
• A method can be unavailable for a particular order. If you see "This payment method is currently unavailable", choose another one.
