If you keep crypto on Binance, you can pay for gift cards, games, eSIMs, mobile top-ups and travel on KryptoMate with Binance Pay. Choose Binance Pay at checkout, scan the QR code with the Binance app (or tap the button on your phone), check the amount and confirm. There's no address to copy and no network to pick, and your order moves on by itself once Binance reports the payment.
How to pay with Binance Pay
- Pick your product, choose the region or value, and select Add to cart or Buy now.
- Go to checkout. As a guest, enter your email address; the order link and any codes are sent there. An account is optional and adds the Mate Wallet, points and order history.
- On the payment step, under Exchange pay, choose Binance Pay, then select Pay. The payment screen opens with a QR code, a countdown and "Waiting for Binance Pay".
- On a computer: open the Binance app on your phone, tap Scan and scan the QR code. On a phone: tap Open Binance Pay if the button is shown.
- In the Binance app, check the amount and the merchant details, then confirm the payment.
- Back on KryptoMate, wait for the page to move on, or select I've paid in Binance Pay to go to your order page.
- Your code, eSIM QR or booking details appear on the order page and by email. Digital delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases.
Things to know before you pay
What you need
The Binance app on your phone, signed in, with enough balance in a coin your Binance app offers for payment. Binance decides which balance and coins can be used, and shows this in the app before you confirm.
You have 30 minutes
The payment screen shows a countdown. Your order is reserved while you pay. If the screen shows Payment window expired, don't pay that request. Go back to the payment methods and choose Binance Pay again to get a new one; the amount may differ slightly because prices are recalculated.
Fees
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any fee for the method you choose is added in your order summary before you select Pay; across all methods, fees range from 0% to 1% depending on method. Because Binance Pay is a transfer inside Binance, you don't pay a blockchain network fee or a withdrawal fee as you would when sending On-Chain.
Why use it instead of On-Chain
With On-Chain, you send from a wallet or exchange to an address made for your order and must match the coin and network exactly. With Binance Pay, the amount and recipient come from the QR code, so there's less room for a wrong network, a missing memo or a short payment. Inside the Binance mini-app
KryptoMate is also available as a mini-app inside the Binance app. There, Binance Pay is the only payment method offered: On-Chain, Mate Wallet and card aren't available. Products, codes and order emails work the same way. If you want another method, open kryptomate.com in your phone's browser. The methods offered for your order are always the ones shown at checkout.
What you can buy
Binance Pay can be used for gift cards from 5,000+ brands, 160K+ games, eSIMs for 200+ countries, mobile top-ups with 900+ operators, flights and hotels. Card payment is a separate option that only covers some products.
Coupons
If a coupon on your order is limited to other payment methods, Binance Pay is greyed out with "Not eligible with the applied coupon". Remove the coupon or choose a method it allows.
Identity checks
Identity verification isn't required for every order. Under our AML & KYC Policy we may ask some customers to verify, for example for unusual activity or high values.
Refunds
Digital sales are generally final once delivered. If a code doesn't arrive or doesn't work, report it within 48 hours of delivery; the Refund Policy applies. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, or to your Mate Wallet if you have an account.
If something goes wrong
- The QR code won't scan: zoom in so the code is larger, or open KryptoMate on your phone and use Open Binance Pay.
- You confirmed in Binance but the order still shows Pending payment: wait a few minutes, then see I paid but my order still shows Pending payment.
- You paid twice: don't pay again. Contact support through the support widget or [email protected] with screenshots of both Binance payment records.
