How to buy a Steam gift card with crypto on KryptoMate

1. 1Check your Steam Wallet currency first. In Steam, open your account details; your wallet balance is shown in your currency.
2. 2Go to the Steam page and open the card that fits, for example Steam USD Global, Steam EU or Steam India.

4. 4Select Buy now and enter your email address at checkout. You don't need an account; the order link and code are sent to that email.

Things to know before you buy

Wallet currency is what counts

Every Steam account has one wallet currency, normally set from the account's country when you first buy something. You can't simply switch it later. That's why the card's currency and region matter more than the brand.

When you redeem a code, Steam's redeem page says gift cards and wallet codes are converted into your wallet's currency. That's the general rule, but some regional cards carry their own restriction, and Steam may refuse a card instead of converting it. So:

• If your wallet is in US dollars, a US-dollar card is the simple choice.
• If your wallet is in euros, rupees, dirhams or another currency, look for a card in that currency first, such as Steam EU, Steam India, Steam UAE or Steam KSA.
• Cards labelled for one country, such as Steam Turkey, Steam Argentina or Steam Brazil, are meant for accounts in that region. Read the Terms tab before you buy.

Wallet codes are not game keys

A Steam gift card adds money to your wallet, which you then spend in the Steam store on games, DLC and in-game items. It isn't a key for a specific game. If you want one particular game, browse games instead.

Denominations

Steam cards come in fixed values in the card's own currency. The product page lists the values you can buy today, with the price in US dollars next to each one. Buying several smaller cards gives you several codes, each redeemed separately.

How to redeem

1. 1Copy the code from your order page with Copy, so no character is lost.
2. 2Sign in to Steam and open the page to redeem a Steam gift card or wallet code (store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode), or use the same option in the Steam app under your wallet.
3. 3Paste the code and confirm. The value shows up in your Steam Wallet.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. A card bought for the wrong region or value by your own selection can't be refunded, and redeemed codes are final. An invalid or undelivered code is reviewed under the Refund Policy; report it within 48 hours of delivery.
