Match the card to your billing country

Netflix gift cards are tied to a country and currency. Netflix's help says a card works when it is in the same currency as your Netflix bill. So a UK card in pounds suits an account billed in pounds, and a USA card suits an account billed in US dollars. Where you happen to be today doesn't matter; your account's billing country does. If you're not sure, sign in to Netflix on the web and check the currency on your account or billing page before you buy.

We can't change a card's country after delivery. Under our Refund Policy, a card bought for the wrong region by your own selection isn't refundable, so this check is worth the minute it takes.

How the balance works

A Netflix gift card doesn't buy a fixed number of months. It adds money to your Netflix account, and each monthly charge is taken from that balance until it runs out. How long it lasts depends on your plan's price in your country. When the balance is used up, Netflix usually moves billing to the payment method on file, or the membership stops if there isn't one.

When a gift card may not help

If your Netflix is billed through a partner, such as a mobile carrier, TV or internet provider, or an app store, a gift card usually can't pay for it. You'd need to change the billing to Netflix directly first. Netflix sets these rules, so check its help pages if your setup is unusual.

Delivery and fees

Most Netflix cards show Instant delivery (0–24h): delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. On-Chain shows no fee in your order summary; any fee for another method is added there before you pay. Network or withdrawal fees charged by your own wallet or exchange aren't included, so send enough that at least the exact amount arrives.
