Usually yes. The balance sits on your Microsoft account, so you can spend it in the Microsoft Store on Windows as well as on Xbox, as long as the account region matches the card.

What if my Xbox code says it's for another region?

Do I need to verify my identity?

Not for every order. Guest checkout needs only an email. Under our AML & KYC Policy we may ask some customers to verify, for example for unusual activity or high values.

What if I sent the wrong coin or network?

Xbox gift card or Game Pass code?

An Xbox gift card adds money to your Microsoft account balance. You can spend that balance on games, add-ons and in-game currency in the Xbox Store, and also in the Microsoft Store on Windows and the web. In many regions it can pay for subscriptions too.

A Game Pass code is different. It adds a set period of membership to your account instead of money. Check the product page for the tier and length before you buy. Microsoft has its own rules on stacking time and on mixing tiers, so if you already have an active membership, read those before redeeming.

Region and currency

Your Microsoft account has a country or region, and Xbox cards are usually accepted only by accounts set to the card's region. A UK card is for a UK account, a Turkey card for a Turkish account. To check yours, sign in at account.microsoft.com and look at your profile's country or region. Where you are physically doesn't decide this.

Balance usually stays with the account that redeemed it and can't be moved, so sign in with the right account first. We can't change a card's region after delivery, and under our Refund Policy a card bought for the wrong region by your own selection isn't refundable. Unsure about EU or Turkey cards? Denominations

Each product page lists the fixed values offered in the card's currency, with today's prices. These change with the catalogue, so check the page when you buy. You can redeem several cards on one account and the balances add up.

How to redeem

On a computer or phone, go to redeem.microsoft.com, sign in with the Microsoft account you use on Xbox, and enter the code. On a console, open the Store and use its redeem option. Delivery and fees

Most Xbox products show Instant delivery (0–24h): delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. On-Chain shows no fee; any fee for another method is added to your order summary before you pay. Sending fees from your own wallet or exchange aren't included.
