Which Razer Gold PIN do I need?

The one that matches your Razer Gold wallet's region. A Global wallet takes a Global PIN; a country wallet takes that country's PIN. Check your wallet's currency at gold.razer.com before you buy.

Things to know before you buy

Global wallet or regional wallet?

When you open a Razer Gold account, the wallet is tied to a region and currency. Some people have a Global wallet, others a wallet for their country. You can see which one you have by signing in at gold.razer.com and looking at the wallet's currency.

Global PIN: for a Global wallet. It's the usual choice if your account was set up as Global.
Country PINs (USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia): for a wallet set to that country.

Razer says a PIN reloads a wallet in the same region the PIN is made for, so a Brazil PIN won't top up a US wallet. The wallet region usually can't be switched once it's set, so buy the PIN to match the wallet you already have. We can't change a PIN's region after delivery, and under our Refund Policy a card bought for the wrong region by your own selection isn't refundable.

What you can spend it on

Razer Gold isn't a game credit for one title. It's a balance you use to buy in-game currency and items in games and stores that list Razer Gold as a payment option. Which games accept it can vary by region, so if you have a specific game in mind, check that it takes Razer Gold in your region before you buy. If your game supports a direct top-up to a player ID, our game top-ups may be a shorter route.

Denominations

Each Razer Gold page lists fixed values in its own currency, together with the current prices. Values and prices change, so check the page on the day you buy. Several PINs can be loaded into the same wallet.

How to reload your wallet

Go to gold.razer.com and sign in. Select Reload Now, choose Razer Gold PIN as the method, enter the PIN from your order and continue. The balance shows in your wallet once it's accepted. Delivery

Razer Gold PINs normally show Instant delivery (0–24h). Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. You'll find the PIN on your order page and in the order email.
