Which Roblox card should I choose?

If there's a card for your country, that's a natural fit. If not, the Global Robux card is made to be redeemed in many countries. Read the Terms tab on the product page before you buy.

Can I redeem a Roblox card in the app?

The redeem page is on the Roblox website, so use a web browser on a phone or computer. Sign in with the same account you play on in the app, and the balance shows up there.

Is my payment safe if I close the page?

Yes. Once you've sent an On-Chain payment, the screen shows "Payment detected · confirming", which usually takes 10–30 minutes. You can leave the page; we email you once your order is delivered.

What if the code doesn't work?

Copy it again from your order page instead of typing it, and check you're signed in to the right account. If Roblox still refuses it, contact support with your order number and a screenshot. See my gift card code is not working.

Things to know before you buy

Robux or Roblox credit?

Roblox cards come in two broad kinds:

Robux cards add a set number of Robux, Roblox's in-game currency, to the account as soon as you redeem.
Credit cards add a money balance in the card's currency to the account. You then choose what to spend it on, such as Robux or a Roblox Premium membership.

The product page tells you which kind you're buying, so read it before you pay. If you just want Robux for a game, a Robux card is the simpler choice. If you'd like to put the value towards Premium, credit gives you that option.

Global card or country card

The Global Robux card is made to be redeemed from many countries, which is handy if there's no card listed for yours. Country cards (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, UAE) carry a value in that country's currency and are usually meant for an account in that country. Read the Terms tab to see where a card is accepted. We can't change a card's country after delivery, and under our Refund Policy a card bought for the wrong region by your own selection isn't refundable.

Buying for a child

Roblox balances belong to the account that redeems the code, and they usually can't be moved to another account afterwards. Ask for the exact Roblox username first, and redeem the code while signed in to that account. Some cards also include a bonus virtual item; if so, the card's details say how to claim it.

Denominations

Every Roblox card page lists its fixed values and today's prices. They change with the catalogue, so check the page when you buy. You can redeem more than one card on the same account.

How to redeem

Open roblox.com/redeem in a web browser (the redeem page isn't inside the mobile app), sign in to the account that should get the Robux or credit, enter the code and select Redeem. Delivery

Roblox cards normally show Instant delivery (0–24h). Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. The code appears on your order page and in the order email.
